Wij vragen

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Eerste ervaring in Learning & Development, liefst in een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van didactiek en moderne manieren van leren.
  • Je kan goed analyseren en opleidingen afstemmen op de noden van de organisatie.
  • Ervaring met LMS-systemen en digitale leeroplossingen; interesse in IT en AI is een plus.
  • Goede administratieve vaardigheden en kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel).
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Creatief, oplossingsgericht, goede luisteraar en sterk in analyse.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en hands-on.
  • Je brengt structuur en kan goed organiseren.
  • Je kan mensen verbinden op verschillende manieren.

Het bedrijf

Ciner Glass Belgium is een nieuwe, moderne productiesite waar technologie en vakmanschap samenkomen.

Binnen het HR-team werk je nauw samen met de HR Business Partners, leidinggevende en verschillende afdelingen zoals productie, technieker, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je rapporteer rechtstreeks aan de HR Director.
