Als Learning & Development Specialist speel jij een sleutelrol in het vormgeven én realiseren van onze leerstrategie.

Jouw rol: bouwen, verbinden en versterken

Beleid & Structuur

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een L&D-beleid dat perfect aansluit bij onze HR-strategie en bedrijfsdoelstellingen
  • Je vertaalt dit beleid naar concrete leer- en ontwikkelingsnoden
  • Je bouwt opleidingsstructuren uit voor productie, techniek, kwaliteit, veiligheid en leiderschap
  • Je denkt mee over duidelijke leerpaden gebaseerd op competenties en functies
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen strategisch denken en praktische uitvoering

Uitvoering, Analyse & Borging

  • Je organiseert en coördineert trainingen, certificeringen en leertrajecten
  • Je zorgt dat verplichte opleidingen (veiligheid, kwaliteit, compliance...) op punt staan
  • Je analyseert de impact van opleidingen en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je maakt heldere rapportages en vertaalt data naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Je detecteert opleidingsnoden via gerichte samenwerking met leidinggevenden

Ontwikkeling, Implementatie & Innovatie

  • Je bouwt sterke onboardingprogramma’s en optimaliseert ze continu
  • Je ontwikkelt diverse leeroplossingen (on-the-job, e-learning, workshops...)
  • Je selecteert en evalueert externe opleidingspartners
  • Je maakt doordachte keuzes op basis van kwaliteit, impact en kost
  • Je implementeert en beheert een Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Je zet actief in op digitalisering, IT en AI binnen leerprocessen

Samenwerking & Advies

  • Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden rond L&D-vraagstukken
  • Je werkt nauw samen met HR, stakeholders en externe partners
  • Je draagt bij aan bredere HR-projecten binnen een groeiende organisatie
  • Je rapporteert aan de HR Director over voortgang en optimalisaties

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
  • Eerste ervaring binnen Learning & Development (ervaring in productie is een plus)
  • Sterke kennis van didactiek en moderne leervormen
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om data om te zetten in acties
  • Ervaring met LMS en digitale leeroplossingen; interesse in IT en AI
  • Administratief sterk, met goede kennis van Excel
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
  • Creatief, oplossingsgericht en een sterke luisteraar
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en hands-on
  • Organisatorisch sterk en verbindend naar verschillende stakeholders
