Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van leertrajecten én performance support vanuit een integraal perspectief op leren, verandering en werkprocessen. - Toepassen van methodieken die leren in én tijdens het werk faciliteren, zoals 5 Moments of Need, SUE en Transfer. - Ontwerpen van leeroplossingen met tools als Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline of HiHaHO. - Beoordelen wanneer leren op de werkplek effectief is en wanneer simulaties of formele trainingen noodzakelijk zijn (bijv. vanwege veiligheid of impact van fouten). - Uitwerken van afgebakende opdrachten waarin jouw expertise in blended leeroplossingen tot z'n recht komt. - Stimuleren van een data‑gedreven leerklimaat waarin impact telt en performance zichtbaar verbetert. Dit zijn de eisen - Opleiding: minimaal HBO werk‑ en denkniveau; een opleidingskundige opleiding is een pre. - Ervaring: minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in het ontwikkelen van leertrajecten binnen L&D. - Organisatie: ervaring in complexe organisaties (bijv. corporate, technische of operationele organisaties met 3000+ werkplekken). - Methodieken en tools: kennis van 5 Moments of Need en Articulate Rise; kennis van Articulate Storyline; HiHaHO is een pre. - Analyse & ontwerp: bekend met kritieke taakanalyse, ervaring met design thinking; aantoonbare ervaring met leerprogramma's die bijdragen aan gedrag‑ en cultuurverandering is een pre. - Taal: uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk. - Competenties: communicatief sterk, creatief, neemt initiatief ("Just do ...
