Jobomschrijving

Beleid & Structuur

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een Learning & Development-beleid in lijn met de HR-strategie en bedrijfsdoelstellingen samen met de HR Business Partners
  • Vertalen van het Learning & Development-beleid naar concrete leer- en ontwikkelingsnoden
  • Uitwerken van opleidingsstructuren voor productie, techniek, kwaliteit, veiligheid en leiderschap
  • Meedenken over duidelijke leerpaden op basis van competenties en functieprofielen
  • Meedenken op tactisch niveau en deze strategie vertalen naar de operationele realiteit

Uitvoering, Analyse & Borging

  • Coördineren en organiseren van trainingen, certificeringen en leertrajecten
  • Waarborgen van verplichte opleidingen (veiligheid, kwaliteit, compliance, …)
  • Monitoren en analyseren van de effectiviteit van opleidingen en leerinitiatieven
  • Opstellen van rapportages en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen op basis van data en feedback
  • Signaleren van opleidingsnoden door gerichte interactie met leidinggevenden (zonder permanente aanwezigheid op de werkvloer)

Ontwikkeling, Implementatie & Innovatie

  • Opzetten, implementeren en continu verbeteren van onboardingprogramma’s
  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van diverse leerinterventies (on-the-job training, e-learning, externe opleidingen, interne sessies, …)
  • Selecteren, evalueren en opvolgen van externe opleidingspartners en leveranciers
  • Analyseren van opleidingsaanbieders en onderbouwde keuzes maken op basis van kwaliteit, impact en kost
  • Implementatie en beheer van een Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Actief inzetten op digitalisering, IT en AI binnen leerprocessen en rapportering

Samenwerking, Advies & Projectwerking

  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden rond leer- en ontwikkelingsvragen samen met de HR Business Partners
  • Samenwerken met HR, interne stakeholders en externe partners
  • Actieve bijdrage leveren aan bredere HR-projecten binnen een groeiende organisatie
  • Rapporteren aan HR director over voortgang, resultaten en optimalisaties
  • Bachelor/master diploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
  • Eerste ervaring binnen Learning & Development, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van didactiek, moderne leervormen en diverse (multiculturele) doelgroepen
  • Analytisch sterk: de nodige analyses uitvoeren obv businessnoden en deze omzetten in acties en adviezen
  • Ervaring met LMS-systemen, digitale leeroplossingen en affiniteit met IT en AI binnen L&D
  • Goede administratieve vaardigheden en kennis van MS Office (Excel)
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Creatief, oplossingsgericht en sterk in luisteren en analyseren
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en hands-on
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat structuur te brengen
  • In staat om stakeholders op verschillende niveaus te verbinden
