Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen inhoud, didactiek en productie. Redacteuren en collega's van de Academy bepalen welke kennis professionals nodig hebben; jij vertaalt die inhoudelijke opdracht naar een helder format, een haalbare planning en een goed geproduceerd eindproduct. Je zorgt dat betrokkenen weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht en dat producties inhoudelijk sterk, visueel aantrekkelijk en op tijd worden opgeleverd. De ene dag ontwikkel je met een redacteur een e-college, de volgende dag begeleid je een auteur bij de structuur van een boek of brief je een vormgever, eindredacteur of editor. Je bewaakt de rode draad, didactische logica, productieplanning en kwaliteit van de uitvoering. Daarbij werk je gelijktijdig aan verschillende producties en houd je overzicht.
