  • Je beoordeelt en behandelt aanvragen voor onderhoud, herstellingen en banden van personenwagens en lichte bedrijfswagens.
  • Je adviseert onderhoudsleveranciers bij diagnoses en het oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Je stuurt expertiseopdrachten uit wanneer de verantwoordelijkheid voor een technisch defect onduidelijk is.
  • Je maakt kostenramingen voor onderhouds- en herstellingswerken.
  • Je adviseert bestuurders over het onderhoud van hun leasewagen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige documenten beschikbaar en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je brengt de processen binnen de afdeling in kaart en houdt deze actueel.
  • Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan de Teamleader Technical Department.
  • Je controleert inkomende expertiseverslagen.
  • Je stelt duidelijke communicatie op voor klanten en leveranciers.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Vlotte kennis (mondeling én schriftelijk) van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, en als teamspeler ben je ook bereid je kennis te delen met de collega’s.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en zeer planmatig ingesteld, met een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent in staat mee te denken met en meerwaarde te bieden aan de afdeling, die mee evolueert met de sterke expansie van onze bedrijven. In die zin beschik je over een open geest en kan je steeds het overzicht bewaren.
