The posting

Als Lease Solutions Manager binnen het commerciële team van Van Mossel Autolease ben je de eigenaar van je eigen klantenportefeuille en verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen en verdiepen van deze relaties. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel onze Van Mossel-vestigingen als hun klanten en bestuurders in Oost-Vlaanderen, met als doel de klanttevredenheid en -loyaliteit te vergroten en het vlootaandeel te optimaliseren.

Je werkt vanuit de Van Mossel-vestigingen in de provincie Oost-Vlaanderen en wordt één keer per week verwacht op ons hoofdkantoor in Deurne, zodat je zowel intern als extern nauwe contacten onderhoudt met klanten en verkopers. Je werkt in tandem samen met een Sales & Account Manager om onze commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren en klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Proactief beheren en uitbouwen van je eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Ondersteunen van commerciële medewerkers van onze dealerorganisatie bij het maken van het meest passende lease-aanbod
  • Leasevoorstellen opmaken en nakijken volgens de voorwaarden van elke individuele klant
  • Garanderen van een vlotte opvolging van voertuigbestellingen en contractafhandelingen
  • Beheren van klantvragen en opvolgen van voertuigen die bijna “einde contract” zijn
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van kredietdossiers van klanten en prospecten
  • Actief bijdragen aan het succes van het commerciële team en ondersteuning bieden waar nodig

De ideale kandidaat voor de functie van Lease Solutions Manager beschikt over:

  • Sterke organisatorische en sociale vaardigheden
  • Een uitgesproken klantgerichtheid, zowel face-to-face, telefonisch als per mail
  • Resultaatgerichtheid en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Vaardigheid om zelfstandig een klantenportefeuille te beheren en commerciële kansen te identificeren
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Ervaring in een commerciële rol binnen de automotive of leasingsector is een plus
