Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Unternehmen:

Gemeinsam schaffen wir ein Einkaufserlebnis, bei dem sich Kund_innen und Mitarbeiter_innen gleichermaßen wohlfühlen.

Zu den wesentlichen Aufgaben zählen:

die Präsentation und Pflege des Warensortiments, insbesondere im Bereich Frischeprodukte wie Wurst, Fleisch und Käse, die Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenverfügbarkeit sowie die laufende Kontrolle von Qualität, Frische und Haltbarkeit.

Darüber hinaus gehören Warenübernahmen, Regalbetreuung sowie die Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sauberkeitsstandards zum Aufgabenbereich. Die Stelle erfordert eine hohe Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Anforderungen:

-Deutschkenntnisse der Position entsprechend in Wort und Schrift

-Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

-Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Arbeit im Team

-Interesse am Handel und an Lebensmitteln

-Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

-Bereitschaft zur laufenden Weiterbildung

-Erste Erfahrungen im Handel von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich

-Durch die tägliche Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie die Einhaltung betrieblicher Abläufe sind Deutschkenntnisse für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit erforderlich.
