Wil jij jouw ervaring in de verpleegkundige zorg inzetten om de zorgprofessionals van morgen te inspireren? Binnen de Bachelor Verpleegkunde van Erasmushogeschool Brussel kom je terecht in een geëngageerd, multidisciplinair team dat studenten voorbereidt op de complexe zorg van vandaag én morgen.

​We zoeken een gedreven collega met praktijkervaring in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg die kennis en inzichten graag deelt in het hoger onderwijs. Dankzij jouw didactische ervaring maak je complexe thema’s helder, toegankelijk en relevant voor studenten.

Je krijgt een boeiende en gevarieerde opdracht: je begeleidt studenten op stage, verzorgt theoretische en praktijkgerichte lessen vanuit jouw expertise en bouwt actief mee aan vernieuwend onderwijs binnen de opleiding.

Als coach stimuleer je studenten om kritisch, zelfstandig en professioneel te denken en handelen. Samen met collega’s, studenten en partners uit het werkveld zorg je voor actueel, kwaliteitsvol en sterk praktijkgericht verpleegkundeonderwijs.

Naast een stevige basis in de verpleegkundige zorg breng je bij voorkeur ervaring mee uit de geestelijke gezondheidszorg of een sociaal-maatschappelijke zorgcontext. Zo verbind je theorie moeiteloos met herkenbare situaties uit de praktijk.

Je stemt je lessen af op de noden van de opleiding en creëert krachtige leermomenten waarin studenten kunnen oefenen, reflecteren en groeien.

Met jouw enthousiasme en betrokkenheid geef je studenten vertrouwen, daag je hen uit en help je hen uitgroeien tot deskundige en wendbare zorgprofessionals.

Je bent communicatief, flexibel en leergierig en haalt energie uit samenwerking. Heb je al leservaring in het hoger onderwijs, dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Ben je klaar om vanuit het werkveld de stap naar onderwijs te zetten? Ook dan maken we graag kennis met jou.

Je behaalde een Masterdiploma in de Verpleeg- en Vroedkunde.

​Heb je een buitenlands diploma, met uitzondering van Nederland, Luxemburg of de Baltische staten, voeg dan ook een gelijkwaardigheidsattest van NARIC (https://www.naricvlaanderen.be/) toe.

Je voldoet aan de voorwaarden van artikel V 106 en V 107 (http://data-onderwijs.vlaanderen.be/edulex/document.aspx?docid=14650#227) van de Codex Hoger Onderwijs en aan de huidige taalwetgeving (http://www.ehb.be/statuut-en-wetgeving).

Meer dan ooit zijn IT-skills voor online onderwijs een must. Als Brusselse hogeschool met internationale ambities verwachten we een zekere meertaligheid van onze collega’s. Je vlot kunnen uitdrukken in het Frans, Engels of een andere taal is dan ook een grote meerwaarde. Onverwachte wendingen scherpen je creatieve oplossingsgerichtheid aan. Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en de hogeschool steunt jou en je team daar ook in.

Specifiek voor deze functie vragen we daarboven het volgende:

  • Ervaring - Je hebt praktijkervaring als verpleegkundige binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg.
  • Didactische vaardigheden - Je hebt ervaring met lesgeven in het hoger onderwiijs en kan je expertise op een heldere en studentgerichte manier overbrengen.
  • Ervaring - Je hebt ervaring met begeleiden van studenten tijdens stages en het ontwikkelen en begeleiden van simulatieonderwijs, met aandacht voor klinisch denken en handelen.
  • Ervaring - Je bent bereid om naast stage- en simulatiebegeleiding ook theoretische en praktijkgerichte lessen te verzorgen. Ervaring met doceren is een troef.
  • Zelfstandig
  • Flexibel - Je stelt je flexibel op in de lesplanning en bent bereid om, waar nodig, in te spelen op wijzigingen in het onderwijsprogramma.
