Heb jij een passie voor wiskunde en kleuteronderwijs? Wil je jouw vakinhoudelijke en didactische expertise inzetten om toekomstige kleuterleerkrachten te versterken in het stimuleren van de wiskundige ontwikkeling van jonge kinderen?

Binnen het Opleidingscentrum Basisonderwijs van het Departement Lerarenopleiding zoeken we een lector wiskunde voor de educatieve bachelor kleuteronderwijs.

Wat ga je doen?

Als lector verzorg je onderwijs binnen wiskunde en wiskundedidactiek. Je ondersteunt studenten om wiskundige inzichten te vertalen naar betekenisvolle en ontwikkelingsgerichte leerervaringen voor kleuters.

Je:

  • verzorgt onderwijs in wiskunde en wiskundedidactiek;
  • ondersteunt studenten in de ontwikkeling van hun vakinhoudelijke en vakdidactische competenties;
  • begeleidt studenten bij het ontwerpen, uitvoeren en evalueren van wiskundige leeractiviteiten;
  • neemt het wiskundige luik op binnen opleidingsonderdelen rond kinderen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften en het zorgcontinuüm;
  • begeleidt en coacht studenten tijdens stages en andere praktijkgerichte opleidingsonderdelen;
  • werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan de inhoudelijke en didactische afstemming binnen de opleiding;
  • integreert actuele inzichten uit het wiskundeonderwijs en de kleuterdidactiek in je onderwijs.

Je werkt zelfstandig én graag samen, bent digitaal vaardig en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de campus voor onderwijs, overleg en afstemming.

Afhankelijk van de noden binnen de opleiding kan je opdracht worden aangevuld met andere onderwijs- en begeleidingsopdrachten binnen het Departement Lerarenopleiding.

Jouw profiel

  • Je voldoet aan de bepalingen van artikel V.106 van de Codex Hoger Onderwijs.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, of een daarmee gelijkgesteld diploma (zoals een diploma behaald vóór het academiejaar 2004-2005), of een gelijkwaardig buitenlands diploma. Heb je een buitenlands diploma, dan beschik je bij voorkeur over een NARIC-erkenning. In sommige gevallen is die echter niet verplicht.   • Je beschikt over een bewijs van pedagogische bekwaamheid.
  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar relevante en actuele onderwijservaring.
