The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes techniques, on recherche des électromécaniciens expérimentés pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la fiabilité de ses installations industrielles.

Après une période de formation et d'accompagnement par un technicien expérimenté, vous serez responsable de la maintenance, du dépannage et du réglage des machines et robots de production.

Vous interviendrez notamment sur les domaines de l'électricité industrielle, l'automatisation, la mécanique, la pneumatique et l'hydraulique.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations.
  • Diagnostiquer, localiser et résoudre les pannes de manière autonome.
  • Intervenir sur les machines, robots et installations de production.
  • Effectuer les réglages et paramétrages des machines et robots.
  • Assurer le suivi du processus de production en collaboration avec les opérateurs.
  • Utiliser Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7 pour le diagnostic et la recherche de pannes.
  • Identifier les entrées/sorties et les problèmes liés aux automates.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des installations et des processus.
  • Intervenir dans les domaines de l'électricité, de la mécanique, de la pneumatique et de l'hydraulique.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et à la propreté du poste de travail selon la méthodologie 5S.
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les chefs d'équipe et les opérateurs.
  • Participer activement à la politique de sécurité de l'entreprise.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'électromécanicien ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Formation ou expérience en électromécanique industrielle.
  • Bonnes connaissances en électricité industrielle.
  • Connaissances en automatisme / PLC.
  • Connaissances de Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7.
  • Bases en mécanique, pneumatique et hydraulique.
  • Connaissances des systèmes de sécurité industrielle, notamment Pilz et Sick.
  • Capacité à lire et comprendre des schémas électriques et mécaniques.
  • Permis de travailler en équipes et certains week-ends.
  • Français et/ou néerlandais
