Aktuell suchen wir am Standort Mistelbach 1 Lecturer im Bereich der Pflegewissenschaft / Praktikumskoordination (m/w/d)

Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden).

Auf Ihrem Gebiet sind Sie wegweisend

Sie lehren in Ihrem Fachgebiet auf Bachelor- und Masterniveau in deutscher und englischer Sprache und verantworten gleichzeitig darin Projekte angewandter Forschung. Ihr Einsatzbereich ist durch unsere dislozierten Standorte in ganz Niederösterreich. Die Themengebiete der Lehre sind primär im Pflegeforschungsbereich, aber auch in den praktischen Fächern angesiedelt und finden sich im Studiengang "Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege", aber auch im Studiengang "Advanced Nursing Practice" wieder. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Lehrveranstaltungen im Rahmen von Praktikumsbegleitseminaren. Als Praktikumskoordination des Instituts für Pflegewissenschaft organisieren und verwalten Sie Praktikumsplätze, begleiten Studierende bei der Praktikumsakquise und pflegen enge Kontakte zu regionalen und internationalen Kooperationspartner*innen. Die Forschungsbereiche des Instituts für Pflegewissenschaft umfasst die Bereiche Digitalisierung, Gesundheitsförderung, Personalisierung, demografischer Wandel (insbesondere Forschung im Bereich Demenz) und Outcomeforschung. Neben der Betreuung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten, begeistern Sie Menschen dafür, gesundheitsrelevante Inhalte und Zusammenhänge zu entdecken und weiterzuentwickeln.

Sie verfügen über ein weltoffenes Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Pflegewissenschaft oder ANP mit min. 300 ECTS (BSc + MSc)

* Erfahrung in der hochschulischen Lehre

* Ihr Fachbereich sind die "praktischen Fächer" und "Dimensionen pflegerischen Handelns"

* Ausbildung als Praxisanleiter*in und Erfahrung in der Praktikumsbetreuung von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Planung von Forschungsprojekten und in der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln bzw. internen Fördergeldern bevorzugt

* Aktives Mitglied der Scientific Community (nachzuweisen durch Mitgliedschaften, Konferenzen und Reviewer*innentätigkeiten)

* Ausgezeichnete MS Office-, sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus

Das IMC Krems unterliegt keinem Kollektivvertrag. Für diese Stelle bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab Euro 58.800,-- auf Basis Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden). Abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben. Die Verleihung einer Professur ist losgelöst vom Abschluss eines Dienstvertrags an ein gutachterliches Verfahren gebunden und setzt entsprechende Nachweise in den Bereichen Lehre, Forschung und Praxis voraus.
