Gezocht: leden bestuur Stichting Museum STAAL - Bestuur Het bestuur van Stichting Museum STAAL bestaat uit vijf personen en wordt samengesteld op basis van complementaire kennis en ervaring bij de leden, waarbij ook de kennis van de cultuursector en musea wordt gewaarborgd. Gezamenlijk vormen de leden een multidisciplinair team. De leden zijn besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht. Zij zijn in staat scherpe discussies collegiaal te voeren. Het spreekt voor zich dat zij betrokken en geïnteresseerd zijn in het verenigingsleven, samenwerking en activiteiten van Almen. De sfeer binnen het bestuur is betrokken, informeel en constructief. Profiel - Geïnteresseerd in de culturele sector en in de rol die cultuur speelt in de samenleving. - Hij/zij onderschrijft de doelstellingen van Museum STAAL en de GovernanceCode voor Cultuur (GCC) etc. - Is bereid om vanuit een bestuurlijke rol met veel enthousiasme mee te werken aan het realiseren van de doelstellingen van het museum. - Heeft interesse in en ervaring met een vrijwilligersorganisatie in musea en/of culturele instellingen. - Is in principe beschikbaar voor minimaal een termijn van drie jaar. - Draagt met enthousiasme Museum STAAL en haar activiteiten uit in de eigen netwerken. - In staat tot een onafhankelijk en authentiek oordeel en het vinden van een goede balans tussen betrokkenheid en distantie. - Integer, van onbesproken gedrag, verantwoordelijk en alert op mogelijke (schijn van) belangenverstrengeling. - Goede communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden. - Ervaring met toezichthoudende functies of affiniteit hiermee. Specifieke kwaliteiten leden bestuur - Deskundigheid op het gebied van cultuur, educatie en participatie, onderwijs. - Deskundigheid op financieel-economisch, digitalisering, ICT en bedrijfskundig gebied. - Deskundigheid ten aanzien van algemeen bestuurlijke zaken, organisatie en personeel en juridische deskundigheid.
