Vind je het belangrijk dat inwoners en organisaties worden gehoord en kun je onafhankelijk tot een goed onderbouwd advies komen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Wat ga je doen? Als lid van de onafhankelijke Adviescommissie Bezwaarschriften behandel je bezwaarschriften tegen besluiten van de gemeente Leusden. Je draagt samen met de voorzitter en een ander commissielid bij aan een zorgvuldige en objectieve behandeling van bezwaren. Voordat een bezwaar bij de commissie terechtkomt, wordt in veel gevallen eerst geprobeerd om samen met de bezwaarmaker tot een oplossing te komen. Lukt dat niet, dan brengt de commissie een onafhankelijk advies uit aan het bestuursorgaan. Als lid van de commissie: - Hoor je bezwaarmakers, vertegenwoordigers van de gemeente en andere belanghebbenden tijdens hoorzittingen; - Breng je de feiten en de juridische en procedurele context zorgvuldig in kaart; - Weeg je verschillende belangen en standpunten objectief af; - Toets je besluiten aan wet- en regelgeving en de algemene beginselen van behoorlijk bestuur; - Kom je samen met de andere commissieleden tot een onafhankelijk en goed gemotiveerd advies; - Lever je een bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de gemeentelijke besluitvorming. Waar kom je terecht? Je wordt lid van de onafhankelijke Adviescommissie Bezwaarschriften van de gemeente Leusden. De commissie bestaat uit deskundige externe leden met uiteenlopende juridische expertise. De commissie behandelt bezwaarschriften op vrijwel alle beleidsterreinen van de gemeente, met uitzondering van belastingzaken. De commissie heeft een persoonsgebonden- en een zaaksgebonden kamer.
