SamenZwolle logo Leden voor de cliëntenraden Geplaatst door Dimence Groep Reageren tot Donderdag 22 oktober 2026 Omschrijving / werkzaamheden De Advies-/Patiënten-/Cliëntenraden en Basiscommissies van de Dimence Groep zoeken leden om de gelederen te komen versterken. Het wettelijk kader (WMCZ) is de basis voor het leveren van medezeggenschap van divers raden (gevraagd, ongevraagd advies en instemming); liever werken we bij de Dimence Groep op basis van coproduceren: samenwerken en samen beslissingen nemen over goede behandeling. Daar hebben we jou voor nodig! De raden komen over het algemeen één keer per maand bijeen in een gezamenlijk overleg. Dit zijn soms digitale bijeenkomsten op afstand via 'teams', soms hybride (zowel fysiek als digitaal), dan weer in een vergaderzaal op locatie. Jouw woonplaats hoeft dus geen belemmering te vormen. Leden nemen soms deel aan werkgroepen, gaan op locatiebezoek of zijn lid van een panel. Uitgangspunt is dat de cliëntenraadsleden zijn of haar mening willen geven, jij dus. Bijvoorbeeld over thema's die de raad op de agenda plaatst of waar de organisatie een advies over vraagt. Voorwaarde is ook dat je gebruik hebt gemaakt van de diensten of behandeling/begeleiding heeft (gehad). De cliëntmedezeggenschap van de Dimence Groep is een plaats om 'te leren'. Hier mag je fouten maken en opnieuw beginnen. Deelnemen aan cursussen, en oefen om je kwaliteiten in te zetten. Dat kan heel divers zijn; misschien schrijf je graag, of wilt een presentatie geven, of ben je heel creatief en weet anderen te boeien signalen over de behandeling te delen met jou. Onze deur staat altijd open om te onderzoeken of het werk bij je past. Soms zijn we ook op zoek naar leden in werkgroepen; die werkgroepen zijn ook heel divers. Denk aan voeding, huisvesting (verbouw, nieuwbouw), duurzaamheid, elektronisch cliëntendossier, wachtlijsten, verbinding met andere organisaties, jeugd-ggz, specialiste ggz (autisme, somatische...
