Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Je staat in voor het begeleiden van een gemengde leefgroep, kamertraining en studiotraining binnen

een gezins- en netwerkgericht kader, gericht op het stimuleren van de ontwikkeling van jongeren en

hun context/netwerk, kortom het bieden van zorg op maat.

Concreet wil dit zeggen:

· Samen met het team draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een 10-tal jongeren en hun

contexten.

· Je staat in voor de groepsbegeleiding en werkt mee aan een positief, veilig en ontwikkeling

bevorderend leefklimaat.

· Je organiseert en begeleidt de groepsactiviteiten en groepsgesprekken.

· Je verzorgt en begeleidt de huishoudelijke en verzorgende taken.

· Je volgt de individuele begeleidingstrajecten van een 3-tal jongeren op conform de

handelingsplanning.

· Je staat model naar ouders of opvoedingsfiguren en ondersteunt hun

opvoedingsvaardigheden tijdens de contextcontacten.

· Je verzorgt de administratie en verslaggeving van jouw trajecten.

· Je werkt samen met de clustercoördinator, teamcoördinator, inhoudelijk verantwoordelijke,

context-trajectbegeleiders, ondersteunende medewerkers, opvoedingsfiguren en de context van de jongere.

Gevraagde competenties (*):

· Je bent een bachelor of gegradueerde in de orthopedagogie of een gelijkwaardig diploma in een sociaal – agogische richting

· Je werkt vanuit de LIA kernwaarden : engagement, respect, transparantie, eigenheid en autonomie, samenwerking en open communicatie.

- Je bent geboeid door kaders als nieuwe autoriteit, herstel,…

· Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met de leertheoretische principes en de gedragstherapeutische technieken.

· Je bent traumasensitief en sterk verbindend naar het netwerk van de jongeren.

· Je bent een teamspeler en kan ook zelfstandig werken.

· Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en kan moeilijke situaties hanteren.

· Je beschikt over een wagen en rijbewijs.

· Je legt makkelijk contact, bouwt en onderhoudt constructieve formele en informele relaties binnen en buiten de organisatie, doorheen de verschillende organisatieniveaus en de betrokken disciplines.
