The posting

Als leefgroepbegeleider binnen de kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie (*) neem je de volgende taken op jou :

- Je bent overal inzetbaar in de volledige equipe van de K-dienst (Nest, Beren, IKO, Opstap en STEK), waarbij er wordt gestreefd naar een toewijzing aan een leefgroep - Je creëert een veilig klimaat (fysiek en emotioneel) voor de kinderen en jongeren met de middelen die voorhanden zijn - Je observeert de groepsdynamische processen en rapporteert deze zowel schriftelijk als mondeling

(*) Tilia biedt een breed aanbod aan met poliklinische werking, liaisonfunctie, dag- en residentiële behandeling en dit aan jongeren van 0 tot 18 jaar en hun gezinnen.

Poliklinisch is de dienst actief op de K-dienst te Sint-Niklaas waar de klemtoon ligt op crisiswerk, infantwerking, psychosomatiek en voor- en nazorg van opnames. Op de campus te Beveren kan men terecht voor ambulante trajecten.

Op de K-dienst zijn de volgende leefgroepen gehuisvest:

- de leefgroep voor kinderen van 0 tot 6 jaar genaamd ‘Nest’ met vier stoelen - ‘De Beren’ voor kinderen met lagere schoolleeftijd die zes bedden en twee stoelen telt - drie afdelingen voor adolescenten, nl. ‘Iko’ met focus op crisisbehandeling (zes bedden en twee stoelen), ‘De Opstap’ voor adolescenten met nood aan grondige observatie en behandeling (zes bedden) en de Dagbehandeling ‘Stek’ (acht stoelen).

De dienst biedt ook een liaisonfunctie aan die wordt uitgevoerd in nauwe samenwerking met de diensten pediatrie en materniteit maar ze kan ook ingezet worden op andere afdelingen.

De behandelvisie vertrekt vanuit het unieke van de persoon van het kind en zijn ouders/verzorgers. Een biopsychosociaal psychiatrisch concept ligt aan de basis van het handelen, samen met een integratie van ontwikkelingspsychologie, psychodynamische/analytische en systeem/contextuele invalshoeken.

Opmerking : de Tilia of de lindeboom staat in legendes en de volkscultuur bekend als 'de goede boom' die mensen weer sterk zou maken en een helende werking zou hebben. Het staat ook voor levenskracht, samenkomst en wederopbloei. Zij geeft aan mensen rust en troost.

- Je bent een graduaat of bachelor psychiatrisch verpleegkundige, een verpleegkundige met een affiniteit met de psychiatrie of een bachelor orthopedagoog, sociale readaptatiewetenschappen, ... - Je hebt kennis van de verschillende problematieken op de diverse afdelingen - Je bent bereid om te werken in een ploegenstelstel (7,6 uur per dag tussen 6.54 uur en 22.06 uur ) en 7 à 8 weekenddagen per kwartaal - Je bent positief ingesteld en je hebt een groot relativeringsvermogen - Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel - Je bent een teamplayer
