Steevliet vzw is een organisatie binnen de jeugdhulp die daadwerkelijk het verschil wil maken voor kinderen, jongeren en hun context die zich in een kwetsbare situatie bevinden. We geloven heel sterk in hun krachten en mogelijkheden en vertrekken steeds vanuit hun hulpvraag om samen een verbindend en haalbaar hulpverleningstraject te doorlopen. Wij begeleiden 97 hulpverleningstrajecten.

OMSCHRIJVING :

De leefgroep “De Vijver” is gelegen op het domein van vzw Steevliet - campus Melle, een organisatie voor bijzondere jeugdzorg. De afdeling biedt zowel verblijf- als contextbegeleiding voor 11 jongens en meisjes tussen 6 en 17 jaar en dit sterk verbonden met het gezin en de bredere context.

Je staat samen met een coördinator, een hoofdbegeleider, een gezins- en contextbegeleider en een fijn team begeleiders in voor het goed verloop van deze hulpverleningstrajecten.

Je bent Bachelor, Gegradueerde of Master in de menswetenschappen (pedagogisch of sociaal)

Je werkt in een volcontinu systeem, incl. nacht- en weekendwerk

Je hebt relevante ervaring met groepsbegeleiding in de Bijzondere Jeugdzorg

Je hebt een basishouding van onbevangenheid, openheid en vertrouwen in de mogelijkheden van onze cliënten en zijn context.

Je bent doordrongen van een contextgerichte visie en het belang van verbondenheid tussen de cliënten en zijn netwerk

Je kan de nodige flexibiliteit opbrengen vanuit de noden van de het kind/de jongere en hun context, maar ook vanuit teamaangelegenheden.
