Als Leer Architect werk je binnen het Center of Excellence HR&O – People & Development (Hoofdzetel). Je bouwt mee aan de Academy voor de Groep CM-MC en ontwikkelt een gemeenschappelijk, organisatiebreed leeraanbod voor directeurs, leidinggevenden en medewerkers.

Je vertaalt strategische noden naar concrete leeroplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat leren bijdraagt aan gedragsverandering, performantie en duurzame ontwikkeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Van vraag naar oplossing

•Je capteert en analyseert leervragen vanuit de organisatie en stakeholders.

•Je kijkt verder dan de opleidingsvraag en vertaalt deze naar bredere organisatie- en ontwikkeluitdagingen.

Ontwerp en implementatie

•Je ontwikkelt end-to-end leertrajecten: van analyse tot implementatie en verankering.

•Je kiest bewust voor blended en digitale leeroplossingen die schaalbaar zijn en impact hebben.

•Je focust op toepassing in de praktijk en gedragsverandering.

Innovatie

•Je introduceert nieuwe werkvormen en tools.

•Je experimenteert met digitale leeroplossingen om grote doelgroepen te bereiken.

Uitbouw van de Academy

•Je draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw van de CM/MC Academy als centrale leerhub.

•Je ontwikkelt een kwalitatief en samenhangend leeraanbod over entiteiten heen.

Stakeholdermanagement

•Je werkt nauw samen met directie, leidinggevenden en experten. Je brengt verschillende visies samen en komt met voorstellen die overkoepelend vragen verbinden.

•Je bouwt vertrouwen op, durft te challengen en neemt regie in trajecten.

Je bouwt actief mee aan een sterk, organisatiebreed leeraanbod dat inspeelt op strategische prioriteiten binnen de Groep CM-MC. Je denkt hierbij steeds na over impact, schaalbaarheid en betrokkenheid.

Je werkt in het Center of Excellence HR&O (Hoofdzetel): een expertiseteam dat richting geeft aan beleid, processen en innovatie rond leren en ontwikkelen. Deze omgeving is volop in ontwikkeling. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan structuur, aanbod en aanpak.

•Je hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring in Learning & Development of organisatieontwikkeling

•Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met digitale leeroplossingen en leerplatformen (LMS/LXP) en volgt de evoluties in digitale leertechnologieën op de voet

•Je bent sterk in analyse, conceptueel denken en vertaling naar concrete oplossingen

•Je kan stakeholders meenemen én challengen, ook op directieniveau

•Je werkt proactief, gestructureerd en neemt eigenaarschap

•Je bent nieuwsgierig, innovatief en denkt in mogelijkheden

•Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving die nog in ontwikkeling is

•Je komt terecht in een meertalig team en kan je uitdrukken in zowel Nederlands als Frans

•Je draagt de waarden van de Groep CM-MC actief uit
