Contact Leerbegeleider Materieel Techniek - Amersfoort Als Leerbegeleider bij NS lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het opleiden en ontwikkelen van onze medewerkers. Elke dag weer faciliteer, begeleid en coach jij de deelnemers in hun leer- en ontwikkelproces én zet jij jouw inhoudelijk parate kennis in. Jij zorgt voor de mobiliteit van Nederland Daarom wil je als Leerbegeleider Materieel Techniek bij NS werken - Je draagt direct bij aan het vakmanschap van collega's, de inzetbaarheid van onze treinen en de veiligheid van onze reizigers. - Je maakt met jouw technische kennis en didactische vaardigheden collega's bevoegd én bekwaam om hun werk veilig en professioneel uit te voeren. - Je werkt in een inspirerende leeromgeving waar leren, ontwikkelen en vakmanschap centraal staan. - Je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen op het gebied van didactiek, coaching en begeleiding. - Je werkt samen met betrokken collega's aan de continue verbetering van ons onderwijs en leeraanbod. Als Leerbegeleider Materieel Techniek lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van monteurs binnen NS. Je verzorgt lessen en instructies en begeleidt deelnemers tijdens hun leer- en ontwikkelproces. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat kennis direct toepasbaar is in de praktijk. Regelmatig combineer je de rollen van docent, coach en begeleider en help je collega's de kennis en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen die zij nodig hebben om hun werk veilig en professioneel uit te voeren. Samen met collega's creëer je een optimaal leerklimaat waarin deelnemers leren met zowel traditionele als innovatieve leermiddelen.
