Leercoach

Kinderopvanglocatie Scheutje behoort tot de vzw Sint-Goedele Brussel, zij zijn organisator van 22 scholen (basisscholen, secundaire scholen en volwassenonderwijs), 14 kinderopvanglocaties en 2 initiatieven buitenschoolse opvang. We organiseren tevens Brede Scholen, voor- en naschoolse opvang en speelpleinwerking.

vzw Sint-Goedele Brussel is een organisatie in groei die inspeelt op uitdagingen in de samenleving en meewerkt aan innovatieve projecten. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die voor Brusselse kinderen en jongeren een totaalpakket aan onderwijs, opvang en vrijetijdsbesteding wil bieden. We zoeken binnen ons aanbod naar verbindingen om een doorgaande lijn te creëren voor onze kinderen en jongeren.

Om aan de problematiek van het tekort aan kinderbegeleiders in de Nederlandstalige kinderopvang in Brussel tegemoet te komen, werkten de Vlaamse Gemeenschap, het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest en de Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie (VGC) een project uit waarbij aspirant-kinderbegeleiders aan de slag kunnen in de Nederlandstalige kinderopvang in Brussel en tegelijk een opleiding tot kinderbegeleider volgen. Op die manier worden geëngageerde toekomstige kinderbegeleiders aangetrokken naar de Brusselse sector van de Nederlandstalige kinderopvang van baby’s en peuters. We zijn op zoek naar een leercoach om de aspirant-kinderbegeleiders te ondersteunen.

Functieomschrijving

  • De leercoach zet zich in om de slaagkansen van de aspirant-kinderbegeleider tijdens het kwalificerend traject te verhogen. Dit doet de leercoach door alle leerdrempels (ICT, studeren, planning, …) weg te nemen.
  • Als leercoach volg je het traject op van de aspirant-kinderbegeleiders in Scheutje. Je maakt ze wegwijs in het landschap van opleiding en tewerkstelling in de kinderopvang. Dit doe je door een schakel te zijn tussen de aspirant-kinderbegeleider, het Centrum voor Volwassenenonderwijs (CVO) en de kinderopvanglocatie. Je bewaart het overzicht over de opleidings- en tewerkstellingstraject van elke aspirant-kinderbegeleider en houdt rekening met hun leerstijl, tempo en eigenheid.
