Ben jij enthousiast, goed in plannen en lijkt het je leuk om mee te draaien bij het organiseren van (sport)evenementen? Dan is een stage bij Sportstad Heerenveen iets voor jou! Wij zijn op zoek naar een leergierige en gemotiveerde stagiair(e) die ons team vanaf februari 2027 komt versterken. Wat ga je doen? Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij de organisatie van onze evenementen. Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie en krijgt de kans om op verschillende onderdelen binnen het team ervaring op te doen. Denk aan: - Plannen en afstemmen met interne collega's en externe partijen. - Opstellen van draaiboeken en planningen. - Meedenken over het verbeteren van processen en het doorontwikkelen van bestaande evenementen. - Ondersteunen bij de opbouw en uitvoering op eventdagen. Wie ben jij? - Je volgt een hbo-opleiding Leisure & Eventmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en houdt van aanpakken. - Je kunt goed overzicht houden en samenwerken binnen een team. - Je bent vier of vijf dagen per week beschikbaar om actief mee te draaien in de organisatie, waarvan je opdracht onderdeel is. De specifieke opdracht binnen jouw stage wordt in overleg bepaald, afhankelijk van je opleiding, interesses en leerdoelen. - Je bent bereid om ook eens op andere stagedagen of in het weekend evenementen te draaien.
