Werkplekbeheer Jouw stage bij CTS GROUP Je bent niet alleen bezig met support, maar krijgt ook inzicht in het grotere geheel: hoe werkplekken centraal worden beheerd via Azure en Intune, hoe security wordt geborgd en hoe continuïteit van de IT-omgeving wordt gewaarborgd. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van het oplossen van gebruikersvragen tot het uitrollen van nieuwe devices en het beheren van printers en accounts. Je gaat onder andere aan de slag met: - Ondersteunen bij backup-processen en het waarborgen van continuïteit - Het beheren en ondersteunen van werkplekken (laptops, desktops en mobiele devices) - Werken met Microsoft Azure en Intune voor device management - Ondersteunen van collega's bij IT-vragen en storingen (1e en 2e lijns support) - Het beheren en configureren van printers en labelsystemen - Meedenken over en bijdragen aan IT-security en toegangsbeheer Wat bieden we jou ? We zoeken een leergierige en praktische stagiair die energie krijgt van IT-support en het helpen van collega's. Je vindt het leuk om technische problemen op te lossen en wilt graag leren hoe een professionele IT-omgeving in elkaar zit.
