Basisschool Het Epos is een unieke basisschool in Rotterdam met een vernieuwde onderwijsaanpak. Onze school groeit volgend schooljaar tot en met groep 8. Wij zijn op zoek naar leerkrachten die willen samenwerken als enthousiaste teamteachers in het kleuteronderwijs. Waarom is dit de baan voor jou? Vanaf de eerste dag sta je samen met een collega-teamteacher voor de klas en ga je in teamverband aan de slag in groep 1-2. Elke groep heeft bij ons een betrokken team van vier teamteachers, waarbij er steeds twee collega's afwisselend samen voor de groep staan en de andere twee teamteachers flextijd hebben. De verantwoordelijkheid voor de groep draag je samen, dus je hebt altijd direct iemand om mee te sparren, meer aandacht voor ieder kind en directe collega's waarmee je ieder succes kan vieren. Je werkt in een supergaaf ennieuw gebouw met mooie voorzieningen. Hoe ziet een dag als teamteacher op Het Epos eruit? 8.30 Je neemt deel aan een korte en energieke teamvergadering en je hoort waar de rest van het team mee bezig is. 9.00 Jij verwelkomt de leerlingen en hun ouders bij de deur terwijl jouw collega in de kring een spelletje speelt met de leerlingen die binnen gekomen zijn. Later sluit je ook aan bij de kring en observeer je de betrokkenheid van de kinderen. 09.30 De leerlingen gaan aan de slag tijdens de speelwerkles. Je collega-teamteacher loopt rond en jij gaat met een groepje leerlingen in de kleine kring om het prentenboek van de week te pre-teachen. 10.15 Je eet samen met de kinderen fruit, waarbij jullie het prentenboek van de week voorlezen. 10.45 Op het groene schoolplein kunnen de kinderen lekker bewegen.
