Fruithof is een warme basisschool in Antwerpen Berchem, op de grens met Mortsel. Hier leren kinderen alles om voort te kunnen op school en in de wereld. Dat gebeurt in een geborgen sfeer, waarbij we uitgaan van respect voor elkaar. Je bereikt ons makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer. Kom je met de fiets of de auto? Die kan je kwijt op onze eigen parking.

We vormen een betrokken team, dat warmte en respect voor elk kind uitademt. We houden van ons divers publiek, dat voor uitdagingen zorgt en onze job ontzettend boeiend maakt. We gaan uit van de sterktes van kinderen en zoeken altijd naar manieren om het beste uit elk kind te halen. Samen zetten we onze schouders onder goed onderwijs en streven we om die kwaliteit steeds omhoog te blijven trekken. En samen plezier maken, dat doen we ook. Denk: onze maandelijkse drink na de uren, uitstapjes of een etentje met het hele team ...

Hier mag je ook als leerkracht jezelf zijn en krijg je de vrijheid om dingen uit te proberen. Je wisselt ervaringen en knowhow uit met ervaren collega’s en ontwikkelt je verder dankzij gerichte bijscholingen. De directie biedt je heel wat kansen. Alles is bespreekbaar. We zijn fan van leerkrachten die willen bijleren en in verbinding staan met elkaar, de ouders en kinderen. Samen maken we immers school.

Wat doe je?

  • Je bent klastitularis van het eerste leerjaar en neemt de klas over vanaf januari tot einde schooljaar als de huidige juf op zwangerschapsrust gaat
  • Je werkt samen met je graadcollega's, zorg- en AN-leerkrachten om alle leerlingen in jouw klas optimaal te kunnen ondersteunen
  • Je denkt en werkt mee aan de prioriteiten van de school

Heb jij een hart voor kinderen? Ben je flexibel ingesteld en hou je van een open communicatie met collega’s, ouders, vrijwilligers en directie? Dan ben jij de leerkracht die we zoeken. We moedigen je aan om initiatief te nemen en bieden je een duidelijk kader waarbinnen je veel vrijheid krijgt om te groeien. Laat je stem horen en we staan klaar om je te ondersteunen.
