The posting

Het gaat om een fulltime opdracht tot de kerstvakantie, met kans op verlenging. Wat ga je doen? Als leerkracht van de kleutergroep leg je een belangrijke basis voor de ontwikkeling van jonge kinderen. Je creëert een veilige, rijke leeromgeving waarin spelend leren centraal staat en begeleidt een nieuw te vormen kleutergroep. Daarom zoeken wij een leerkracht die initiatief toont, graag meebouwt aan een groep vanaf de start en met plezier samenwerkt met collega's en ouders. De school is een familieschool waar onderwijs, ouders en de omgeving nauw samenwerken om kinderen zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling. Er is veel aandacht voor een warme en inclusieve sfeer, waarin ieder kind zich welkom voelt en de ruimte krijgt om zichzelf te zijn. Het onderwijs is gebaseerd op de Daltonprincipes, waarbij zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerken en reflectie centraal staan. Daarnaast wordt gewerkt vanuit hoge verwachtingen en is er veel aandacht voor een stevige basis en de brede ontwikkeling van ieder kind. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een betrokken en deskundig team dat continu werkt aan de ontwikkeling van het onderwijs en zich dagelijks inzet om kinderen met plezier naar school te laten gaan. Er is zowel de mogelijkheid om tijdelijk aan de slag te gaan voor de duur van deze opdracht als om te kiezen voor een vast dienstverband. Bij een vast dienstverband zorgen wij ervoor dat je na afloop van deze opdracht kunt doorstromen naar een volgende passende opdracht binnen ons onderwijsnetwerk. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn A'DAM Onderwijs, een non-profit organisatie opgericht door negen Amsterdamse openbare schoolbesturen. Wij ondersteunen basisscholen in Amsterdam bij het invullen van vervangingsaanvragen en bemiddelen rechtstreeks tussen scholen en enthousiaste onderwijsprofessionals.
