Met jouw pedagogische kracht, betrokkenheid en vakmanschap help je leerlingen stap voor stap verder in hun ontwikkeling. Wij zoeken een leerkracht die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, met aandacht kijkt naar wat leerlingen nodig hebben en samen met het team wil bouwen aan goed en passend onderwijs. Leerkracht (0,6-1,0 fte) Over onze school SO Keurhove is een school voor speciaal onderwijs (cluster 4) in Middelburg. Onze leerlingen hebben vaak meer nodig dan alleen goed onderwijs. Zij hebben behoefte aan volwassenen die rust bieden, vertrouwen uitstralen, duidelijk zijn én blijven geloven in hun mogelijkheden. Wij zijn volop in ontwikkeling. We bouwen aan een sterke schoolcultuur, waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en een positief pedagogisch klimaat centraal staan. Daarom zoeken wij een leraar die niet alleen ondersteuning biedt in de klas, maar ook actief wil bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze school. Iemand die initiatief durft te nemen. Een bouwer, verbinder en een echte aanpakker. Wat ga je doen? Als leraar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van goed en passend onderwijs aan onze leerlingen. Je creëert een veilig, duidelijk en voorspelbaar pedagogisch klimaat waarin leerlingen zich gezien voelen en tot ontwikkeling kunnen komen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's, de gedragswetenschapper, intern begeleider en ouders/verzorgers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het voorbereiden, verzorgen en evalueren van onderwijs dat aansluit bij de onderwijs- en ondersteuningsbehoeften van onze leerlingen. - Het bieden van structuur, duidelijkheid en voorspelbaarheid in de groep. - Het stimuleren van de cognitieve, sociaal-emotionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van leerlingen. - Het opstellen, uitvoeren en bijstellen van groepsplannen, handelingsplannen en ontwikkelingsperspectieven. - Het signale...
