Zevenbergen 16 uur Maandag & dinsdag Voor De Taaltoren zijn wij, wegens de vervanging van een collega-leerkracht, op zoek naar een enthousiaste nieuwe leerkracht die ons team van twee taalklassen en een instroomgroep komt versterken. Heb jij een warm hart voor nieuwkomers, werk je graag met kinderen uit verschillende culturen én wil je van grote betekenis zijn in hun eerste schooljaar in Nederland? Dan is dit een mooie kans om jouw talent en betrokkenheid in te zetten! Dit ga je doen De Taaltoren is de regionale taalklas van basisschool de Toren in Zevenbergen. Wij vangen nieuwkomerskinderen uit de hele regio op die net in Nederland wonen en de taal nog niet spreken. Ieder kind brengt een eigen unieke achtergrond, persoonlijke talenten en een grote leergierigheid met zich mee. Als leerkracht in onze taalklas bied jij hen de structuur en veiligheid die ze nodig hebben. Je leert ze de basis van het Nederlands en bouwt aan hun zelfvertrouwen, zodat ze daarna succesvol kunnen doorstromen naar het reguliere onderwijs. Dit breng jij mee - Een onderwijsbevoegdheid (PABO-diploma); - Affiniteit met de doelgroep nieuwkomers, NT2 of taalverwerving (ervaring is een pre; jouw pedagogische sensitiviteit en flexibiliteit maken hier het verschil); - Het talent om snel een veilige, gestructureerde basis te bieden; - Je bent per direct of op korte termijn beschikbaar; - Je hebt een teamgerichte instelling, waarbij we elkaar ondersteunen en samen naar oplossingen zoeken.
