Je kijkt zorgvuldig naar het gedrag van leerlingen en onderzoekt welke ondersteuning zij nodig hebben om verder te komen. Bij zorgvragen trek je samen op met collega's, intern begeleiders en externe partners. Met die gezamenlijke aandacht help je leerlingen zich veilig te voelen en zich te ontwikkelen.
