We hebben ruimte in onze reguliere groepen, maar we hebben ook een fantastische kans in onze klimgroep. Hierin worden de leerlingen ook vooral praktisch uitgedaagd. Dit mag je vormgeven samen met een senior ondersteuner. Dit is in ontwikkeling, dus alle initiatieven zijn hierin welkom. Bij ons op school werk je in een enthousiast team, in een prachtig schoolgebouw, en sta je er nooit alleen voor. Je krijgt ondersteuning van een betrokken begeleidingsteam met onder andere een orthopedagoog, intern begeleider, teamleider en schoolmaatschappelijk werker. Wat ga je doen? Als leerkracht speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van onze leerlingen. Je biedt inspirerend en uitdagend onderwijs en weet op een positieve manier om te gaan met verschillend gedrag. Daarbij zet je zowel je pedagogische als je didactische kwaliteiten in om leerlingen verder te helpen. Samen met het begeleidingsteam onderzoek je wat leerlingen nodig hebben om tot ontwikkeling te komen. Die ondersteuningsbehoeften vertaal je naar passende doelen en leg je vast in een OntwikkelingsPerspectiefPlan (OPP). Je werkt hierbij intensief samen met leerlingen, ouders, collega's en netwerkpartners. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over onderwijsontwikkeling, vernieuwingsprojecten of je eigen expertise verder uit te bouwen. Daarnaast: - Heb je een pabo-diploma of een geldige onderwijsbevoegdheid; - Zie je uitdaging in het werken met leerlingen met gedragsproblematiek; - Heb je een groot hart voor leerlingen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben; - Werk je graag samen en ben je een echte teamspeler; - Kun je goed organiseren en overzicht bewaren; - Heb je een open houding naar andere inzichten en expertises; - Ben je profession...
