Wij zijn op zoek naar een leerkracht voor de bovenbouw (6/7/8) van een Jenaplan school in Vlaardingen. Het betreft een functie van 5 dagen per week (1,0 fte). Mocht je minder dagen willen werken of nog studerend zijn, mag je ook reageren. Functieomschrijving Voor een Jenaplanschool in Vlaardingen zoeken we een leerkracht voor de bovenbouw (groep 6/7/8). Een school waar kinderen leren door samen te werken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zichzelf te ontwikkelen in een omgeving waarin iedereen telt. In de middenbouw werk je met drie leerjaren in één stamgroep. Juist die mix maakt het onderwijs krachtig. Kinderen leren van elkaar, helpen elkaar en nemen initiatief in hun eigen leerproces. Jij begeleidt dat proces met vertrouwen en duidelijke kaders, zodat ieder kind zich gezien en uitgedaagd voelt. Binnen het Jenaplan werken we met een vast ritme van gesprek, werk, spel en viering. Leren gaat hier verder dan alleen vakken. Het gaat ook om samenleven, communiceren en ontdekken wie je bent. Als leerkracht ben je meer dan instructeur. Je bent coach, gespreksleider en aanjager van nieuwsgierigheid. Het team is betrokken en werkt vanuit gedeelde waarden. We overleggen veel, leren van elkaar en bouwen samen aan onderwijs dat klopt. Er is ruimte voor initiatief, zolang het past bij de visie: betekenisvol onderwijs met aandacht voor hoofd, hart en handen. We zoeken iemand die Jenaplan snapt of die bereid is erin te duiken en het echt te gaan snappen. Iemand die kinderen serieus neemt, ruimte geeft en richting.
