Je werkt thema‑gericht en doelbewust: in de verschillende hoeken van het lokaal krijgen kinderen de ruimte om te ontdekken, experimenteren en groeien. Zo ontstaat een rijke leeromgeving waarin ieder kind wordt gezien. Aan het eind van het schooljaar groeit jouw groep naar ongeveer 30 leerlingen. Jij weet daarin structuur te bieden, rust te bewaren en toch ruimte te laten voor nieuwsgierigheid en plezier. Je staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Je werkt binnen een hecht, enthousiast en deskundig team dat nauw samenwerkt en elkaar versterkt. Samen zetten jullie je in voor onderwijs dat kinderen uitdaagt én inspireert.
