Dan is SBSO Zonnebos op zoek naar jou!

Als praktijkleerkracht Bandenmonteur binnen het BuSO (OpleidingsVorm3) bied je beroepsgerichte vorming aan jongeren met bijzondere opvoedings- en onderwijsnoden.

  • Je wordt een actief en gewaardeerd lid van onze vakgroep Mobiliteit.
  • Samen met je collega’s stoom je deze jongeren klaar voor de arbeidsmarkt, met als doel hen te laten uitgroeien tot zelfstandige en nauwkeurige medewerkers in een bandencentrale.
  • Praktijkles geven en begeleiden: je begeleidt wekelijks een groep leerlingen (OV3, opleidingsfase Mobiliteit) in de werkplaats. Je leert hen op een vakkundige wijze banden en wielen demonteren, monteren, balanceren en herstellen volgens de geldende sectornormen.
  • Veiligheid en welzijn: je waarborgt continu een veilige en ergonomische leeromgeving. Je ziet er strikt op toe dat leerlingen correct gebruikmaken van hefbruggen, pneumatisch gereedschap en balanceermachines, met oog voor hun eigen veiligheid en die van de klant.
  • Klasmanagement en evaluatie: je volgt de individuele groei en technische vaardigheden van de leerlingen nauwgezet op. Je registreert hun vorderingen digitaal via de laptop (leerlingvolgsysteem) en houdt deze administratie wekelijks up-to-date voor de klassenraad.
  • Team en overleg: je neemt constructief deel aan de wekelijkse klassenraad (elke dinsdag tot 17.30 uur) en vakgroepoverlegmomenten om de pedagogische en technische aanpak perfect op elkaar af te stemmen.

Diploma:

  • bachelor in onderwijs - automechanica OF
  • diploma in mechanica/monteur/... en de goesting om over te stappen naar een loopbaan in het onderwijs (zij-instromers)
  • bij voorkeur kandidaten die in het bezit zijn van een diploma van de lerarenopleiding of voldoende geachte bekwaamheidsbewijzen

Ervaring:

  • inzicht in en/of ervaring binnen SBSO Opleidingsvorm 3 OF
  • inzicht en/of ervaring in het vakgebied
