Secundaire Scholen Sint-Ferdinand is een school voor Buitengewoon Secundair Onderwijs met een onderdeel OV1, OV3 en OV4. De school heeft campussen in Lummen, Leopoldsburg en Tessenderlo.

OV3 biedt beroepsopleiding voor jongeren met leermoeilijkheden of licht verstandelijke beperking, autisme en/of gedrags- en emotionele stoornissen tussen 13 en 21 jaar van het type basisaanbod, type 3 en type 9.

  • Als leerkracht zet je sterk in op de hoofdaccenten van OV3 Sint-Ferdinand: individuele begeleiding op gedrags- en persoonlijkheidsniveau een individuele opleiding binnen een gestructureerde omgeving jongeren stimuleren om positieve bindingen aan te gaan veelvuldig aanbieden van nieuwe slaagkansen
  • Je geeft op een motiverende, gestructureerde manier les en stemt je lessen af op de ontwikkelingsdoelen van de jongeren en handelingsplanmatig werken
  • Je helpt mee de algemene werking en het pedagogisch project van de school te realiseren

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma relevant binnen het vakgebied Bouw
  • Opgebouwde nuttige ervaring wordt in aanmerking genomen
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om leerlingen vakkennis bij te brengen voor projecten in de praktijkhal en op werven buiten school
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om deze kennis over te brengen naar leerlingen en hun te begeleiden naar de arbeidsmarkt
  • Bij voorkeur behaalde je reeds een bewijs van pedagogische bekwaamheid. Indien niet, ben je bereid om dit te behalen in functie van de verlenging van het contract of toekomstige opdrachten
  • Een banaba-diploma buitengewoon onderwijs is een meerwaarde
  • Ervaring in het werken met jongeren van onze doelgroep (ASS en/of GES) is een meerwaarde
