Kinderen hebben hier veel ruimte om te spelen en zich optimaal te kunnen ontwikkelen in een groene omgeving. Met een betrokken team van professionals wordt er dagelijks gewerkt aan onderwijs dat aansluit bij de individuele behoeften van elk kind. De school hecht veel waarde aan samenwerking tussen leerlingen, ouders en leerkrachten, wat bijdraagt aan een prettige en veilige sfeer. Naast de reguliere vakken is er aandacht voor technieklessen, muziekonderwijs en leesonderwijs. We willen ons graag blijven ontwikkelen, als team en als individu. Dit ga je doen Als bovenbouwleerkracht geef je samen met je collega's vorm aan goed en betekenisvol onderwijs voor onze leerlingen. Je creëert een veilige en stimulerende leeromgeving waarin kinderen zich gezien voelen, hun talenten kunnen ontdekken en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid leren nemen voor hun eigen ontwikkeling. Je bereidt je lessen voor, geeft instructie en begeleidt leerlingen bij hun leerproces. Daarbij werk je doelgericht en maak je gebruik van het EDI-model om leerlingen stap voor stap verder te helpen. Je kijkt goed naar wat kinderen nodig hebben en past je handelen daarop aan. Je staat er bij ons niet alleen voor. In de bovenbouw werken we met vijf homogene groepen en zoeken we elkaar actief op. We delen ervaringen, bespreken wat werkt en leren van en met elkaar. Samen kijken we steeds hoe we ons onderwijs verder kunnen versterken. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen, ideeën in te brengen en je eigen talenten in te zetten. We zijn volop in ontwikkeling en zitten midden in een bijzonder fusietraject.
