Al-Ghazali, gevestigd in Rotterdam Spangen, is onderdeel van SIPOR, die bestaat uit negen scholen, met in circa 3500 leerlingen. SIPOR wil door middel van kwalitatief goed primair onderwijs kinderen vormen tot wereldburgers met een islamitische identiteit, die een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebben voor hun omgeving en het milieu en op betrokken wijze in de Nederlandse samenleving staan. Functie Als leerkracht in groep 6 of 7 verzorg je doelgericht en passend onderwijs en creëer je een veilig en stimulerend leerklimaat. Je hebt oog voor de ontwikkeling van iedere leerling en stemt je onderwijs af op de onderwijsbehoeften van de groep. Naast je lesgevende taken lever je vanuit jouw expertise een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van het onderwijs binnen de school. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een specifiek onderwijsgebied of thema, initieert verbeteringen en deelt kennis met collega's.
