Wat heb je?

- Je hebt een pabo-diploma.

- Je lessen zijn doelgericht en zorgen voor een active betrokkenheid bij leerlingen.

- Met jouw invoelingsvermogen en sociale vaardigheden ben je een fijne leerkracht en collega.

- Als het nodig is weet je hoe je relevante hulpverlening inschakelt.

- Je hebt een brede of gespecialiseerde kennis op pedagogisch/didactisch terrein.

- Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden ben je voor iedereen toegankelijk.

Wat krijg je?

Nieuwsgierig geworden? Als Leerkracht wil je aan de slag bij [naam school] omdat er naast fijne collega’s en leerlingen nog veel meer voor je klaarstaat:

- We bieden je een dienstverband van 32 - 40 uur.

- Jouw opleiding, kennis en ervaring bepalen je salaris. Deze functie is ingeschaald op maximaal € 5220,00 op basis van 40 uur per week, conform de CAO PO

- Je krijgt een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.

- Per jaar heb je recht op ruim 10 weken aan verlofuren, om precies te zijn 428 uur op basis van 40 uur.

- Je bouwt pensioen op via het pensioenfonds ABP.

- Om je verder te ontwikkelen krijg je een individueel PDI budget van € 525,00 per jaar.

- Oktobertoelage van € 1.640,- bruto per jaar op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, naar rato bij een parttime dienstverband.

- Wil je op de fiets komen? Dan mag je deelnemen aan de fiscale fiets-privé-regeling.

- Wil je met de auto komen?Er is voldoende én gratis parkeergelegenheid

- Wil je met OV komen? De metro stopt voor de school

- Mogelijkheid tot het aanvragen van een vouchercode voor een gratis Rotterdampas

- Je lessen zijn goed gestructureerd en je vindt kwaliteit belangrijk.

- Je geeft graag les aan een geweldige groep 6

- De visie en speerpunten van de school vertaal je naar het onderwijs voor jouw groep.

- Als je een uitdaging signaleert bij een leerling, dan weet je hoe en bij wie je hulp kan vragen

- Je houdt ervan om te werken in een team dat met en van elkaar leert.
