Ben jij een empathische, geduldige en flexibele leerkracht met een groot hart voor kinderen die wat extra ondersteuning nodig hebben? Scholengemeenschap PIT zoekt gedreven leerkrachten (m/v/x) voor korte vervangingen in onze school voor buitengewoon kleuteronderwijs De Brug in Beringen, met een reëel uitzicht op langere opdrachten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als vervangend leerkracht in het buitengewoon onderwijs ben je een onmisbare schakel. Je springt in waar nodig en biedt structuur en houvast:

  • Je neemt de leiding over een klas binnen De Brug en stemt je aanpak af op de specifieke onderwijs- en zorgbehoeften van de leerlingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een warme, voorspelbare en stimulerende leeromgeving waarin elk kind op zijn eigen tempo kan groeien.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in het onderwijs (Bachelor Lager Onderwijs of Kleuteronderwijs) of bent hiertoe in opleiding. Een extra diploma of ervaring in het buitengewoon onderwijs/zorg is een grote plus, maar vooral je motivatie en voeling met de doelgroep tellen!
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en bezit een grote dosis empathie en geduld.
  • Reeds elders aan de slag? Ook leerkrachten die al op andere scholen werken en nog bepaalde dagen vrij hebben, kunnen zich registreren en hun beschikbare dagen bij ons invullen!
