Leerkrachten gezocht voor de flexpool van LPS (0,2-1,0 fte) Ga jij aan de slag in onze flexpool? LPS is continu op zoek naar leerkrachten voor onze vaste of flexibele pool. De flexpool bestaat uit enthousiaste leerkrachten die met hun talent en expertise bijdragen aan het oplossen van diverse verlof- en verzuimvraagstukken op onze onderwijs locaties. Elke school en elk team binnen LPS heeft een andere dynamiek. Als flexpooler krijg je de unieke kans om bij diverse scholen en onderwijsvormen een kijkje in de keuken te nemen. Dit biedt niet alleen afwisseling en uitdaging, maar brengt ook waardevolle werkervaring met zich mee. Om jouw werklocaties overzichtelijk te houden, werken we vanaf het schooljaar 2026-2027 met clusters van enkele scholen. Over LPS De Lowys Porquinstichting verenigt 36 scholen en kinderopvanglocaties, elke locatie met een eigen concept en identiteit. Door actieve samenwerking zetten we een zo vloeiend mogelijke leer- en ontwikkellijn uit voor kinderen van 0 tot en met 12 jaar. We creëren een veilige en gezonde omgeving door middel van structuur en regels, maar ook door kinderen de ruimte te geven om fouten te maken en de vrijheid om de wereld te ontdekken. Kinderen zijn de toekomst. Bij LPS zien we hen daarom niet als de optelsom van kennis, vaardigheden en prestaties, maar als toekomstige gezonde, sociale en gelukkige mensen die actief onderdeel uitmaken van onze samenleving. Ieder kind is uniek en mag binnen LPS zijn of haar eigen identiteit ontdekken en ontwikkelen, zolang dit met respect, vertrouwen en waardering naar elkaar gebeurt. Wie zoeken wij?
