Wat houdt de functie in? Als ambulante leerkracht kom je te werken in de vervangingspool van scholengroep Holland. . Groepsleerkrachten in deze pool kunnen ingezet worden op alle scholen van Scholengroep Holland. Het is de bedoeling dat je voornamelijk (kort of lang) vervangingswerk zal verrichten op (een van) onze scholen. Het vervangingswerk kan zijn voor bijvoorbeeld ziekte-, zwangerschaps-, ouderschaps- of studieverlof. Wij hebben ruimte voor 1 fte (40 uur in de week), maar ook parttime dienstverband is bespreekbaar. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Jij bent een gedreven (beginnende) groepsleerkracht die de leerlingen uitdaagt, motiveert en boeit. Je bent creatief en didactisch sterk en in staat om een veilig pedagogisch (leer)klimaat te creëren. Je hebt een sterk klassenmanagement, kan goed relativeren en je hebt humor. Uiteraard heb je een afgeronde PABO-opleiding. Verder zijn begrippen als positief-kritisch, leergierig, zelfreflectie, flexibiliteit, ICT en professionaliteit jou niet vreemd. Je wordt vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van het Scholengroep Holland team, waarbij er een stamschool voor je wordt aangewezen. Je moet in staat zijn om zowel binnen een Dalton school als binnen het Jenaplan les te kunnen geven. Het maakt jou niet uit voor welke groep je staat en ook differentiëren in combinatiegroepen is jou niet vreemd. Daarbij beschik je over een rijbewijs en auto, zodat reizen binnen onze scholengroep geen probleem is.
