Dan past onze Flexpool misschien goed bij jou. Als flextalent ben je een volwaardige leerkracht LB binnen Stroomm. Je wordt ingezet waar jouw kwaliteiten op dat moment nodig zijn en zorgt ervoor dat leerlingen ook bij afwezigheid van hun eigen leerkracht kunnen rekenen op goed onderwijs en continuïteit. Werken in de Flexpool vraagt dat je gemakkelijk kunt schakelen, snel verbinding maakt met leerlingen en collega's en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kunt dragen voor een groep. Daar staat tegenover dat je veel verschillende scholen, teams, groepen en manieren van werken leert kennen én volop de kans krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. We gaan graag met je in gesprek over jouw talenten, wensen en ontwikkeling en hoe deze passen bij de brede inzetbaarheid die we binnen onze Flexpool zoeken. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken een pedagogisch en didactisch sterke leerkracht LB die: - zelfstandig de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor een groep kan dragen; - met oprechte aandacht werkt vanuit verbinding; - snel zijn of haar plek vindt binnen verschillende scholen en teams; - flexibel en breed inzetbaar is binnen Stroomm en het leuk vindt om in verschillende groepen en bouwen te werken; - nieuwsgierig is naar het verhaal van elk kind én collega; - kansen ziet, vragen stelt en durft te reflecteren; - zich wil blijven ontwikkelen en actief bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit van ons onderwijs.
