OBS De Tovercirkel is een basisschool met ongeveer 180 leerlingen, in de wijk Overbos in Hoofddorp. Wij zijn trots op onze hechte, open en kleinschalige school. De leraren kennen alle kinderen én hun ouders. Daarmee vergroten we het gevoel van vertrouwen en

verbinding. Die open sfeer maakt dat onze leerlingen met plezier naar school gaan.

We vinden het belangrijk dat ieder kind gezien wordt en volop de mogelijkheid krijgt om zijn of haar talenten te ontdekken en ontwikkelen.

Op OBS De Tovercirkel stimuleren wij kinderen hun talenten te ontdekken. Leren is belangrijk, maar mag ook leuk zijn. Cultuuronderwijs, werken in thema’s en het ontwikkelen van sociale vaardigheden zijn kenmerken van De Tovercirkel. In groep 1 en 2 stimuleren

we de ontwikkeling van kinderen door begeleid spelend leren en bieden wij met uitdagende speelhoeken in de klas ruimte om te leren en te experimenteren. In groep 3 werken we met beproefde methodes en in betekenisvolle thema’s waar boeken en andere geschreven

teksten een grote rol spelen.

Functie-eisen

De leerkracht die wij zoeken is iemand die:

- In het bezit is van een PABO-diploma.

- Enthousiast is en humor heeft.

- Graag wil samenwerken met een gemotiveerd team.

- Open staat voor professionalisering en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

- Communicatief vaardig is en graag het initiatief neemt.
