Komend schooljaar zetten we als school een belangrijke stap in formatief handelen. We zoeken daarom een leerkracht die nieuwsgierig is, wil leren en zin heeft om het onderwijs steeds beter af te stemmen op wat kinderen nodig hebben.

Onze onderwijsvisie

Bij De Zuidwester geloven we dat goed onderwijs begint bij relatie, rust en duidelijkheid. We vinden het belangrijk dat kinderen zich gezien voelen, vertrouwen krijgen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen in een veilig en positief klassenklimaat.

We willen ons onderwijs steeds doelgerichter vormgeven. Daarbij werken we vanuit doelen als kompas: niet de methode als automatische route, maar de onderwijsdoelen als vertrekpunt. Je hoeft daarin niet alles al te kunnen. Wel vinden we het belangrijk dat je wilt meedenken, uitproberen en groeien.

Jouw rol als leerkracht groep 4

Voor groep 4 zoeken wij een leerkracht die stevig en warm voor de groep staat. Iemand die kinderen ziet, duidelijkheid biedt en een kei is in het bouwen aan een fijn klassenklimaat.

In groep 4 ligt een mooie basis om verder op te bouwen. De kinderen zoeken een leerkracht die vertrouwen geeft, eigenaarschap durft te stimuleren en iedere dag werkt vanuit aandacht voor pedagogisch handelen en welzijn.

Je biedt structuur, werkt aan rust in de groep en creëert een omgeving waarin kinderen zich veilig voelen om te leren, te proberen en te groeien.
