Basisschool De Horizon is een katholieke basisschool in Amstelveen, onderdeel van Stichting Onderwijsgroep Amstelland. Wij bieden solide onderwijskwaliteit in een fijne en ontspannen sfeer. Een goed pedagogisch klimaat en een veilige leeromgeving zijn voor

ons de basis. Wij werken volgens de principes van Positive Behavior Support en geloven sterk in educatief partnerschap tussen ouders en leerkrachten.

Op onze school werken wij met leerpleinen, waar leerlingen na de klassikale instructie zelfstandig aan hun opdrachten werken onder begeleiding van een ondersteuner.

De functie

Voor groep 4 zoeken wij zo spoedig mogelijk een enthousiaste en gedreven

leerkracht voor 0,4 FTE .

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de pedagogische en didactische begeleiding van de leerlingen in groep 4. Je geeft les, bereidt de lessen voor en volgt de voortgang van de kinderen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de leerkrachtondersteuners op het leerplein en

ben je onderdeel van een hecht team.

Jouw taken:

- Geven van klassikale lessen aan groep 4

- Voorbereiden en plannen van lessen conform het schoolcurriculum

- Monitoren van de leerlingvoortgang en afstemmen met collega’s

- Contact onderhouden met ouders/verzorgers

- Samenwerken met leerkrachtondersteuners op het leerplein

- Deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen en oudergesprekken

Functie-eisen

Wij zoeken een leerkracht die:

- In het bezit is van een bevoegdheid voor het basisonderwijs

- Bekend is met of openstaat voor werken met leerpleinen

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden heeft richting kinderen en ouders

- Teamgericht is en constructief kan samenwerken

- Werkt volgens de principes van Positive Behavior Support
