Ben jij een enthousiaste leerkracht en krijg jij energie van de middenbouw? Dan hebben wij een mooie plek voor jou in groep 4 van Het Spectrum, onderdeel van de Almeerse Scholen Groep (ASG).

Voor onze school zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een leerkracht voor groep 4 voor 0,8 fte, van maandag tot en met donderdag. De invulling kan flexibel zijn: je kunt tijdelijk bij ons aan de slag voor een aantal maanden, bijvoorbeeld wanneer je bewust kiest voor een tijdelijke opdracht, óf tot het einde van het schooljaar. We denken graag met je mee over wat bij jou past.

Als Vreedzame school ligt onze focus op zelfontdekking, respect voor anderen en verantwoordelijkheid, met veel aandacht voor samenwerkend leren. We bieden kwalitatief goed onderwijs, stimuleren de ontwikkeling van sociale vaardigheden en ondersteunen leerlingen bij het ontdekken en benutten van hun talenten.

Functie-eisen

Ons onderwijs Bij Het Spectrum staat actief en betekenisvol leren centraal, afgestemd op de behoeften van elk kind. Ons doel? Kinderen met plezier laten leren, want zo leren ze het meest. We leggen de nadruk op taalvaardigheid. Ons onderwijs combineert traditionele methoden met moderne technologie, zoals Chromebooks. Zo blijft leren niet alleen effectief, maar ook leuk en creëren we een rijke en boeiende leerervaring.

We zoeken een collega die:

- duidelijke en effectieve instructies geeft volgens het EDI-model;

- belang hecht aan een veilige leer- en ontwikkelingsomgeving voor onze leerlingen;

- gaat voor samenwerken met collega’s en met ouders;

- bijdraagt aan onze schoolontwikkeling;

- een PABO opleiding heeft afgerond.
