Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Geen dag op Kindcentrum De Kade is hetzelfde en dat maakt werken bij ons juist zo leuk! Je start de dag met een warm welkom voor je leerlingen. In een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving begeleid je kinderen niet alleen bij hun ontwikkeling op het gebied van taal, rekenen en lezen, maar ook in het groeien naar zelfstandige, verantwoordelijke en betrokken wereldburgers.

Tijdens de lessen werk je vanuit de Daltonkernwaarden: zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerken, reflectie en effectiviteit. Je geeft inspirerende instructies, ondersteunt leerlingen op hun eigen niveau en stimuleert hen om eigenaarschap te nemen over hun leerproces. Daarbij maak je gebruik van moderne lesmethoden en digitale middelen die aansluiten bij de onderwijsbehoeften van de kinderen.

Naast het lesgeven voer je leerlinggesprekken, observeer je de ontwikkeling van kinderen en werk je samen met onderwijsassistenten, specialisten en collega's aan passend onderwijs voor iedere leerling. Regelmatig overleg je met ouders, omdat wij geloven dat kinderen het beste groeien wanneer school en thuis samen optrekken.

Ook buiten de lessen bruist ons kindcentrum van de activiteiten. Van projecten en excursies tot theatermiddagen, sportactiviteiten, leerlingenraad, schoolreisjes en vieringen zoals Sinterklaas en Kerst. Samen zorg je voor een leeromgeving waarin kinderen zich gezien voelen, talenten ontdekken en met plezier naar school komen.
