Je geeft les aan leerlingen die steeds zelfstandiger worden en helpt hen verder in hun ontwikkeling. Je zorgt voor rust en duidelijkheid in de klas en weet goed om te gaan met verschillen tussen leerlingen. Daarbij kijk je naar wat de groep nodig heeft en pas je je aanpak daarop aan. Je werkt nauw samen met betrokken collega's en denkt mee over het onderwijs op school. Over het team In ons team werk je samen met collega's die open, betrokken en positief zijn. We kijken goed naar wat kinderen nodig hebben en stemmen ons handelen daarop af. Omdat onderwijs, opvang en speelleergroep nauw samenwerken, denken we vanuit één lijn en zoeken we elkaar makkelijk op. Dat maakt ons een hechte en toegankelijke groep professionals die graag samenwerkt, elkaar ondersteunt en met plezier bouwt aan goed onderwijs en een warme sfeer in het kindcentrum. "We overleggen veel met elkaar, even sparren hoort hier gewoon bij." Over de school De Breede Hei is een kindcentrum voor kinderen van 2 tot 13 jaar, waar onderwijs en opvang onder één dak samenkomen. Door deze opzet ervaren kinderen rust, bekendheid en duidelijke verwachtingen gedurende de hele dag. In een veilige en vriendelijke omgeving krijgen zij ruimte om te spelen, te leren en op hun eigen tempo te groeien. Als opleidingsschool blijven we in ontwikkeling en zorgen we voor een levendige, lerende cultuur waar kinderen én medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen.
