Je werkt van maandag tot en met donderdag (WTF 0,8) op onze school voor speciaal basisonderwijs waar kinderen de extra ondersteuning, structuur en aandacht krijgen die zij nodig hebben om zich te ontwikkelen. Ons uitgangspunt? 'GEWOON waar het kan, SPECIAAL waar het moet.'' Als leerkracht op het SBO geef je dezelfde vakken en werk je aan dezelfde kerndoelen als in het regulier basisonderwijs. Het verschil zit vooral in hóé je dat doet. Je stemt je onderwijs af op het ontwikkelingsperspectief en de onderwijsbehoeften van ieder kind. Met duidelijke verwachtingen, een positieve benadering en oog voor wat wél kan, help je leerlingen stap voor stap vooruit. We zoeken een leerkracht die graag werkt met leerlingen in de bovenbouw, hoge maar realistische verwachtingen heeft en nieuwsgierig is naar wat een leerling nodig heeft om tot leren en ontwikkeling te komen. Je hoeft het SBO nog niet te kennen; affiniteit met onze doelgroep en nieuwsgierigheid naar onze manier van werken vinden we veel belangrijker. En natuurlijk helpen we je om de overstap goed te maken. Daarom kunnen we samen verkennen hoe jouw warme overdracht naar De Verrekijker eruitziet. Denk aan alvast meekijken en meelopen op school en, waar mogelijk, al gedeeltelijk in dienst komen bij Veldvest. Zo leer je onze leerlingen, je nieuwe collega's en het SBO alvast van dichtbij kennen voordat je op 1 januari start. Functie-eisen Praktische informatie - Ingangsdatum: 1 januari 2027.
