Wil jij lesgeven in de bovenbouw op een school waar ontwikkeling, betrokkenheid en een veilige leeromgeving centraal staan? Werk je graag met een combinatie van traditioneel en modern onderwijs, waarbij digitale middelen ondersteunend

zijn? Dan zoeken wij jou! De St. Jozefbasisschool in Wateringen is op zoek naar een enthousiaste leerkracht voor groep 7.

Waarom werken bij de St. Jozefbasisschool?

- Effectieve didactiek– Wij werken met het Expliciete Directe Instructiemodel (EDI) voor gestructureerde en effectieve lessen in rekenen en taal. We maken gebruik van een hybride werkwijze, waarbij de basis ligt in papieren methodes, en Chromebooks aanvullend

worden ingezet voor extra oefening en verwerking.

- Brede talentontwikkeling. We besteden aandacht aan brede talentontwikkeling via onder meer cultuur- en talentmiddagen, en thematische activiteiten via de methode Blink Wereld.

- Sterke pedagogische basis. Als Rots & Water-school besteden we structureel aandacht aan sociale en emotionele vaardigheden. Dit programma wordt gegeven door een gespecialiseerde leerkracht, terwijl groepsleerkrachten aanwezig zijn en de principes in de

klaspraktijk toepassen.

- Samenwerking, teamgevoel & gezelligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met je parallelcollega en de andere leerkrachten binnen de bovenbouw om het onderwijs continu te verbeteren. Onze actieve personeelsvereniging organiseert regelmatig leuke uitjes of activiteiten!

- Ruimte voor groei. We stimuleren scholing en ontwikkeling, zodat jij het beste uit jezelf en je leerlingen haalt.

Wat ga je doen?

- Lesgeven in groep 7, waarbij je EDI als instructiemodel geregeld inzet.

- Actief bijdragen aan talentontwikkeling met onder andere cultuur- en talentmiddagen.

- Werken aan een veilige en fijne leeromgeving, waarbij je de principes van Rots & Water waar mogelijk in de klaspraktij
