Voor onze instroomgroep (groep 0) zoeken we een enthousiaste fulltime leerkracht. Ons motto is: 'Onderwijzen is ons vak, leren is ons doel.'' Kom jij ons team versterken? Wat bieden wij - Een school met 300 leerlingen, verdeeld over 12 groepen, waarvan drie groepen 1/2. - Een school met een fijne sfeer en goede relaties tussen kinderen, collega's en ouders. - Een professionele, lerende organisatie met een hecht en enthousiast team. - Een school waar rust en structuur centraal staan en waar we volop werken aan de verdere verbetering van ons onderwijs. - Een school waar je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en jezelf mag zijn. - Salaris in salarisschaal LB, conform CAO PO. - Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd tot 1 augustus 2027. Verlenging is bespreekbaar. - Ondersteuning van je collega's, KC en directie. - Iedere woensdag is het soepdag op De Wingerd. Eet je gezellig mee? Wat ga je doen? Als leerkracht van de instroomgroep zorg je ervoor dat alle instromende kleuters een fijne plek krijgen. Je creëert een veilige en gestructureerde leeromgeving waarin je oog hebt voor de ontwikkeling en onderwijsbehoeften van ieder kind. Vanuit observaties en doelen stem je het onderwijsaanbod af op wat de kinderen nodig hebben. Je werkt met een beredeneerd thematisch aanbod en het EDI-model. Met jouw didactische en pedagogische vaardigheden en sterk klassenmanagement draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het kleuteronderwijs.
